Luke and Olly at Guest Bathrooms Co have done an absolutely amazing job on our new bathroom. They were informative, reliable and courteous from the outset and throughout. They were also helpful in giving ideas and recommendations of design and made the process so easy by ordering the materials and project managing. I am particularly grateful for their attention to detail and quality of their workmanship. They went the extra mile to make sure the works were undertaken to an incredibly high standard. They were also very friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent workmanship by Luke & Ollie, both have a great work ethic, prompt, very responsive and essentially carried out the required work quickly & with minimal disruption. Very happy with the service. We needed a full bathroom rip out and refit. We were going from bath to walk in shower and that meant some relocation for sink and toilet. Luke helped with our choices of new fixtures and fittings and communication was good throughout from booking to fitting. The finished results is amazing such a transformation and all done in the timescale. He pays attention to detail and treats it like it's his own home. He lined up all the trades such a electrics and plasterer and they were all on time and quality outcome. It's a big purchase but he can be trusted to deliver

Luke is the most patient person I have ever met. I will admit that, when I am spending a lot for something that I need to last for many years to come, I am picky. Luke not only addressed every request that I had, but also gave great advice on design / placement etc. He checked in with me at crucial points with relevant questions and to see that I was happy. His team (trainee plumber, plasterer, tiler, electrician) were also lovely. He might not be the cheapest here but you are paying for quality of finish and the service you will get. I will continue to call on Luke for any plumbing refurbs.

Luke and his team were perfect. We had a rather leaky shower and they have fixed it up perfectly. You wouldn’t even know that a repair job had been done to a shower that was already 6 years old! Luke listened well to our issue and suggested fixes, before bringing his team in at very short notice to take the shower out, make the area good again, and refit the shower like it had never been gone in the first place! Astounding work. Thank you so much to Luke and Simon for a very speedy fix to our issue. Highly recommended!
